well made almost 350 potato blintzes for the upcoming holiday of shavuos and now I have to get same amount of cheese done, it would not be so bad if I didi not have to cook breakfast and lunch and supper at the same time but oh well that is part of life. sometimes you never know if you are coming or going untill you actually get there.
